These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of carshowlogic.com and the Car Show Logic mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by Pistons & Ink LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Car Show Logic is an event management platform for custom car and truck shows, providing tools for event organizers, vehicle entrants, spectators, judges, and gate staff — including event listings, vehicle registration, ticketing, digital judging, and ticket/entry scanning.
Organizers create an account with an email and password to manage their shows. Judges and gate staff access show-specific tools using a Show PIN and Judge PIN issued by the organizer, without creating a personal account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any PINs issued to you, and for all activity that occurs under them.
Vehicle entry fees, spectator ticket prices, and organizer subscription plans are processed through Stripe. All fees are set by the show organizer or by us, as applicable, and are due at the time of purchase.

Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their show listings, the conduct of their event, compliance with applicable laws and venue requirements, and any prizes, judging decisions, or disputes arising at their show. We provide the platform; we do not organize, insure, or operate any car show listed on the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Pistons & Ink LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Organizers retain ownership of the content they upload (photos, show descriptions, sponsor information) but grant us a license to display that content as part of operating the Service.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email. Your use of those functions is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of any organizer, judge, entrant, or attendee at any event listed on the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pistons & Ink LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or event outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including any organizer account, at our discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
