Burning Man

1. All vehicles must be registered by the owner or an authorized representative. 2. Vehicles must be driven or trailered to the show — no push-ins permitted. 3. No leaking fluids of any kind. Any vehicle found leaking will be asked to leave immediately. 4. Engines must be off during judging hours. No revving or burnouts on premises. 5. No loud music during judging — sound systems may be demonstrated during designated hours only. 6. Entrants must remain with their vehicle during judging. Unattended vehicles may be skipped. 7. All judging decisions are final. No appeals or disputes will be accepted. 8. Vehicles must remain in their designated spot for the duration of the show unless authorized by staff. 9. No alcohol permitted in the show field or parking area unless otherwise designated. 10. Children and pets must be supervised at all times. 11. Car Show Logic, its organizers, and venue staff are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss. 12. Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. 13. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any vehicle that does not meet class requirements. 14. Any entrant acting in a disruptive manner will be removed from the premises. 15. By registering, entrants grant the organizer permission to photograph their vehicle for promotional purposes.
