Beaters & Buds Boo Bash Truck, Car & Bike Show, hosted by Backyard Beaters INC at Higher Collective in Torrington, rain or shine 11AM-3PM. $10 entry donation (bring a bag of candy for the kids); spectators free. Trunk or Treat, award for Best Halloween Decorated Vehicle, food trucks, 50/50 and raffles. Trucks, cars and bikes with no cutoff dates; no burnouts.
